Hotels
There's one hotel at Santiago Airport, Holiday Inn Express Santiago Airport (Tel. +56(0)2 799 9900) which is directly connected with the terminal. Other hotels nearby the airport are Hotel Diego de Almagro Aeropuerto (Tel. +56(0)2 230 5600), Best Western Hotel Los Españoles (Tel. +56(0)2 232 1824), Crowne Plaza Hotel Santiago (Tel. +56(0)2 638 1042) and the Sheraton Santiago Hotel and Convention Centre (Tel. +56(0)2 233 5000). Shops and restaurants
There are a large number of shops at Santiago Airport. There are over 70 shops, including four duty-free shops. There are also over twenty restaurants, cafés and (snack) bars, including some international chains like Starbucks, but also places serving Chilean specialties.
Baggage
You can only store your baggage (in lockers or deposit at a counter) in the terminal for international flights. In both terminals you can find lost-and-found counters.
Information
In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls (Tel. +56(0)2 690 1752/3) you can find an information desk for inquiries about Santiago Airport, flight schedules and airport services. Airport staff are also walking around. There's also a tourist information desk in the Arrivals Hall of the international terminal.
Business
There's a business center (Tel. +56(0)2 690 1752) in the international terminal offering facilities like videoconferencing, faxing, copying and internet. You can also rent a meeting room (max. capacity 40 persons) here. In addition Santiago Airport has several VIP lounges. Extensive business facilities are offered by the Holiday Inn (see Hotels).
Disabled facilities
Santiago Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets (including control buttons in Braille) and low-hanging telephones.
Other services
You'll find banks (Banco Santander and Banco Santiago), exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. Inside the terminal there's also a post office, internet cafés, a pharmacy, a First Aid station (ground floor, international terminal) and even a dentist practice. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available in restaurants and cafés.
