Hotels

There are no hotels in the terminals, but the Ceasar Park Hotel (tel. +55(0)11 2124 5800) is only 5 minutes away by shuttle bus. Another option nearby is the Marriot Sao Paolo Airport Hotel (tel. +55(0)11 2468 6999). For more hotels and on line reservations, please go to Booking.com. This website offers a wide range of hotels at competitive (internet) rates.

Shopping and dining

Both terminals have many shops, restaurants and (snack) bars.

Baggage

Baggage storage is available at the arrival hall. Rate: BRL 7.00 up to BRL 18.00 per suitcase. You can also go here for lost and found items (tel. +55(0)11 5543 0488).

Information

At the departure terminals there are information desks where you can find information about the airport and timetables. At the arrival hall is a tourist information desk.

Business

At the departure hall there are several business facilities available (fax, photocopier and computers). There are also office and meeting rooms available (up to 100 people). At the various lounges there are facilities to connect your laptop.

Access for disabled people

Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport has toilets for people with reduced mobility and telephones for the hearing impaired. There are adapted lifts and the airport is wheelchair-friendly.

Other services

All terminals have ATMs. There is high speed and wireless internet in both terminals. You can connect your laptop in the lounges.
