All terminals have service desks (tel. +1(0)973 623 5052) that have information about the airport and timetables. On the entire airport there are multilingual staff (wearing red jackets) that can provide all sorts of information.

Access for disabled people
Newark Liberty has toilets for people with reduced mobility and telephones for the hearing impaired. At the parking facilities, a few parking spaces have been reserved for disabled people. Furthermore, the airport has wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets.
