There is one hotel in the terminal Sheraton Gateway Hotel, in Terminal 3 (tel: +1(0)905 672 7000). Shops and restaurants

There are many bars, cafés, restaurants and shops, The majority are in Terminals 1 and 3. There are also a few in Terminal 2 (for destinations in the United States). The branches of Roost/Swiss Chalet are restaurants with services.

Baggage

In Terminals 1 (tel: +1(0)416 776 7749) and 3 (tel: +1(0)416 776 7751) there are offices for lost and found items. The service is not limited to lost and found items at the airport, but also in the buses of the Greater Toronto Transport Authority (GTAA).

Business

You can find business facilities in the Sheraton Hotel at the airport. There are 24 fully furnished meeting and conference rooms for a maximum of 300 people. The Best Western Hotel also offers extensive facilities for business travelers.

Disabled facilities

Toronto Pearson Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. In all terminals there are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators, restrooms and text telephones.

All parking garages and the large parking area outside the airport have places reserved for disabled people, the shuttle train is accessible for wheelchair users.

Other services

There is a bank in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 2, furthermore, there are money exchange offices, ATM's and a post office. Internet access is available. Every terminal has its own medical service, the largest is in Terminal 1 (tel: +1(0)416 776 2840). There is also a psychologist available in crisis situations (tel: +1(0)905 676 4396).
