There are many hotels by Zurich Airport. The nearest are: Hilton Zurich Airport (tel: +41(0)1 828 5050) and Novotel Zurich Airport Messe (tel: +41(0)1 829 9000). Other hotels in the area include Mövenpick Hotel Zurich-Airport (tel: +41(0)44 808 8888), Best Western Hotel Airport (tel: +41(0)44 809 4747) and Hotel Fly Away (tel: +41(0)44 804 4455). Many hotels in Zurich have a free shuttle bus connection with the airport. Shops and restaurants

Zurich Airport has a very large range of cafes, snack bars and restaurants, both before and after Customs. There is also a large variety of shops. Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, so passengers from EU countries can purchase tax free items here. On the airport website you can download a brochure with current offers.

Baggage

At the Service Center (tel: +41(0)43 816 8600) in the Central Hall you can store baggage. There are also baggage safes that you can self operate. In the Baggage Halls there are windows for lost and found items.

You can find information counters spread throughout the airport, in addition there are many computer screens (FASTpoint) that include information about the airport, flights and public transportation.

Business

The Unique Conference Center (tel: +41(0)43 816 3422) has extensive business facilities, there are no less than 36 offices and meeting rooms for a maximum of 120 people, the center also offers facilities such as fax, copy, telephone, secretarial support and translation services, you can also reserve flights and hotel rooms there.

Disabled facilities

Zurich Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. there are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators, restrooms and telephones. In P2 there are parking places reserved for the disabled. In the Departure Halls there are service counters for passengers that need assistance.

The medical center of the airport is established in the office building by parking garage P1. First Aid can be called through Service Center (tel: +41 (0)43 816 6000).
