Hotels

There are no hotels at Seychelles International Airport. The nearest hotels are La Roussette (Tel. +248 376 245), a simple guesthouse with chalets, and the luxury resort Wharf Hotel & Marina (Tel. +248 670 700). Since the Seychelles aren't very big, all hotels are actually located nearby the airport. Some other hotels on the east coast (where the airport is situated) are Le Relax Hotel (Tel. +248 382 900) Chalets d'Anse Forbans (Tel. +248 4366 111) and Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Beach Resort and Casino (Tel. +248 287 287). Shops and restaurants

Seychelles International Airport offers a reasonable range of shops. There's a large duty-free shop and there are also shops selling local specialties like liqueur (the famous Coco d'Amour!) and art by local artists. There are also two jewelers. As for eating and drinking facilities there are one restaurant and some (snack) bars.

Baggage

You cannot store your baggage at Seychelles International Airport. For lost-and-found objects you need to turn to the information desk.

Information

There's an information desk in the Arrivals Hall of the international terminal for inquiries about the airport. The desk also provides tourist information.

Business

Apart from a VIP lounge offering basic facilities like faxing and copying the airport doesn't provide business facilities. These facilities are offered by the Berjaya Beach Resort (see Hotels), which has for example meeting space and (rather small) conference rooms available.

Disabled facilities

Seychelles International Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted toilets.

Other services

To change money and for other financial services you can go to three banks: Barclays Bank, MCB Seychelles and Nouvobanq. There are also some ATM's scattered around the terminal.
