Train

There's no train connection with Santa Cruz Airport.

Car and bus

The airport is situated 14 kilometers north of Santa Cruz. The airport is easily accessible by rental car: the airport lies along the freeway from Santa Cruz to Montero. The exit to Santa Cruz Airport is clearly signposted.

Minibuses connect the airport with the central bus station in Santa Cruz.

Taxi

Officially only taxis from Radio Móvil El Toucan and Radio Móvil Vallegrande are allowed at Santa Cruz Airport. You will however also be approached by unofficial taxi drivers. We strongly advise against taking your chances with an unofficial taxi. A taxi ride to Santa Cruz' center costs about 50 bolivianos.

Airport Parking

There are two parking lots at Santa Cruz Airport with places for short and long-term parking. The largest parking lot lies near Terminal 3, a smaller one near Terminals 1 and 2. All parking places are at walking distance from the terminals. The open-air parking lot is free; the covered parking lot costs 20 bolivianos per day.
