Hotels

There are no hotels at Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport. The nearest hotels are Posada de las Aguilas‎ (Tel. +54(0)11 4480 9637), Torre Cristoforo Colombo Suites‎ (Tel. +54(0)11 4778 4900), MD Inn Hotel (Tel. +54(0)11 4281 1683) and the Gran Hotel Azul (Tel. +54(0)2281 422 011). Luxury hotels can be found in the city center, including Hotel Panamericano (Tel. +54(0)11 4348 5000) and Holiday Inn Express Puerto Madero (Tel. +54(0)11 4311 5200). Shops and restaurants

There's a fair range of shops at Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport, including duty-free shops. The number of eating and drinking facilities however is disappointing.

Baggage

There's a desk to deposit your baggage on the ground floor of Terminal A; there are also lockers. You can inquire about lost objects with the airport police. There are also several places where you can have your baggage wrapped in plastic.

Information

There are information desks (Tel. +54(0)11 5480 6111) on the ground floor of both Terminal A and Terminal B for inquiries about flight schedules and airport services. There are also telephones everywhere to contact the information desk directly. The Tourist Office has a counter in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal A and near the baggage claim area in Terminal B.

Business

There are several VIP lounges from different airlines where you can fax, copy, make international telephone calls and use the internet. The airport VIP lounge (Tel. +54(0)11 5480 2002) is located on the ground floor of Terminal A. For extensive business facilities, like renting meeting space and conference rooms, you better turn to the business hotels in Buenos Aires (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, low-hanging telephones and special telephones for the hearing-impaired. Parking places have also been reserved for disabled persons near the entrance of both terminals.

Other services

There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. Keep in mind that exchange offices often offer a worse rate than the branch of the National Bank in the Arrivals Hall. The First Aid station can be found on the ground floor of Terminal A. In addition, there are pharmacies, kiosks to rent cell phones and you have access to wireless internet (Wi-Fi) in both terminals.
