Cairns Airport

Cairns Airport is Northern Queensland's largest regional airport. Situated between the Great Barrier Reef and the tropical (Daintree) rainforest, for many people Cairns is the starting point for their Australia tour. Yearly, the airport handles approximately 4 million travelers and it has two terminals. One terminal for international flights and another one for domestic flights. A five minute walk along a covered walkway gets you from one terminal to the other. Australia Coach runs a shuttle bus (paid) between the terminals.
