There is no hotel at the airport. Hotels in the area include: Washington Dulles Airport Marriott (tel: +1(0)703 4719500), Candlewood Suites (tel: +1(0)703 793 7100), Hilton Washington Dulles (tel: +1(0)703 478 2900), Hampton Inn Dulles Airport (tel: +1(0)703 471 8300), Holiday Inn Dulles Airport (tel: +1(0)703 471 7411) and Dulles Airport Wingate Inn (tel: +1(0)571 203 0999). Shops and restaurants

There is a large range of shops at Dulles Airport. Tax-free shops can be found particularly in the main terminal and in Halls B, C and D. There are also many cafés, snack bars, fast food chains and restaurants, there is also a wine bar called Vino Volo.

Baggage

For safety reasons it is not possible to store baggage at Dulles Airport. For lost and found items you can first go to the airport police (tel: +1(0) 703 572 2954). After four days, found items are turned over to the Dulles Airport Central Lost and Found Office (tel: +1(0)703 572 8479).

Information

In the Baggage Hall there is a tourist counter, International Visitors Information Services (tel: +1(0)703 572 2536/7). You can also find there, two counters from Travelers Aid (tel: +1(0)703 572 8296). The volunteer workers can not only provide you information, but can also offer help if you have problems (from a lost passport to spiritual assistance).

Business

In the main terminal there is a business service center that offers modest facilities such as fax, copy and computers with internet connection. Extensive business facilities and meeting and conference rooms are available in the Dulles Airport Marriott Hotel (see Hotels). This hotel has 14 rooms from various sizes up to a maximum of 520 people.

Disabled facilities

The airport is accessible for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and restrooms. Text telephones are set up at several points. Places are reserved for disabled people in the parking area in front of the terminal. For assistance (tel: +1(0)703 572 4558).

Other services

There are banks, money exchange offices and ATM's spread throughout the terminal. There are also several internet points and wireless internet is available everywhere.
