There are two hotels, both of the Hyatt chain, at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport: Grand Hyatt DFW (in terminal D, Tel. +1 972 973 1234), Hyatt Regency DFW (in terminal C, Tel. +1 972 453 1234). Shops and restaurants
Dallas/Fort Worth Airport offers a huge variety of eating and drinking facilities ranging from luxury restaurants to fast food, from coffee shops to ice-cream parlors and from barbecue restaurants to cocktail lounges. The number of shops is also overwhelming; you can easily spend several hours here.
Baggage
For security reasons you cannot store your baggage at DFW Airport. There are lost-and-found counters in all terminals. The central number to inquire about lost objects is +1 972 574 4420.
Information
For inquiries about DFW Airport, flight schedules and airport services you can turn to the information desks (Travelers Aid) in terminals B and D. You can also ask your questions to the dozens of so-called Airport Ambassadors. Near the baggage claim area there are touch screens where you can not only search for information about the airport itself, but also about the transport facilities.
Business
Business facilities at DFW Airport are excellent. There are business centers in terminals A, B, C and E that are open 24 hours a day, and also in the Skylink stations. You have internet access (high speed), both via computers and wireless. There are several (semi) private working places and you can of course fax, copy, and make direct international calls. There's a Smathers Business Center (Tel. +1 972 615 6855) in the Hyatt Regency in Terminal C. In addition, the hotel rents out meeting space, conference rooms and exhibition space.
Disabled facilities
Dallas/Fort Worth Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. In addition parking places have been reserved for disabled travelers near all terminals. The shuttle busses between the terminals and to the parking lots are accessible for wheelchairs.

You'll find banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. There are also various First Aid stations, accessible via one telephone number: +1 972 973 3210 (or via the American emergency number 911). Other facilities: children playgrounds, silence rooms, showers, cell-phone rental, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi), beauty and massage parlors, hairdressers, cinemas and baby rooms.
