Hotels

There's one hotel at Ottawa Airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport‎ (Tel. +1 613 288 9001). Shops and restaurants

Ottawa Airport offers a good number of eating and drinking facilities, including restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars, ice-cream parlors and so-called juice bars. There's also a good number of shops. There are two large AirRianta Duty Free shops, a store with a good selection of books and magazines, shops specialized in outdoor gear, and a branch of Virgin Records.

Baggage

You can deposit your baggage at the Baggage Storage Service counter (Tel. +1 613 523 8880) on the ground floor. There's also a counter for lost-and-found objects (Tel. +1 613 248 2054) here.

Information

In both the Arrivals and the Departure Halls (Tel. +1 613 248 2125 or +1 613 248 2141) there's an Infoguide kiosk for inquiries about the airport, flight schedules and services at Ottawa Airport. The staff in these kiosks are volunteers; some of them also walk around in the terminal.

Business

Ottawa Airport has a VIP lounge and you can rent meeting space. For more information you call the Meeting and Boardroom Services (Tel. +1 613 248 2100). Extensive business facilities are offered by the Hilton Hotel at the airport or one of the other business hotels nearby (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Ottawa Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators (with buttons in Braille) and toilets, low-hanging telephones and text telephones. Parking places have also been reserved for disabled travelers just outside the terminal.

Other services

You'll find banks, exchange offices and ATM's scattered around the terminals. There's also a silence center. The First Aid station can be found in the Arrivals Hall on the ground floor.
