There are no hotels at Monterrey Airport. The nearest hotel is Hampton Inn Monterrey Airport (Tel. +52(0)81 8625 2900). Shops and restaurants

The range of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and coffee shops at Monterrey Airport has significantly improved the last few years. More shops have also been added. Apart from the usual duty-free and clothes stores you can buy typical Mexican souvenirs.

Baggage

You cannot store your baggage at Monterrey Airport. There's a lost-and-found desk in the Arrivals Hall. You can also have your baggage wrapped in plastic.

There are information desks in both the Arrivals and Departure Halls for inquiries about Monterrey Airport, flight schedules and airport services.

Business

Monterrey Airport has three VIP lounges: the Aeroméxico lounge, the Azteca lounge and the Centurion lounge of American Express. These lounges offer basic facilities such as faxing, copying and internet access. Extensive business facilities are offered by the business hotels in the airport's vicinity (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

As for accessibility for the disabled Monterrey Airport meets with American standards. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. In addition, places have been reserved for disabled travelers on the parking lot, near the entrance of the terminals.
