Shops and restaurants

Cancún Airport has a reasonable range of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and coffee shops (including a Starbucks) in Terminals 2 and 3. Apart from a duty-free shop there are mainly souvenir shops at Cancún Airport.

Baggage

There are lockers at Cancún Airport to store your baggage; costs: 80 pesos per 24 hours. You can inquire about lost objects with the airport police (Tel.: +52(0)998 848 7200).

Information

For inquiries about Cancún Airport, flight schedules and airport services you can turn to information desks near the entrances of Terminals 2 and 3. You can also approach airport employees walking around in the terminals.

Business

There are two VIP lounges at Cancún Airport, one in Terminal 1 and one in Terminal 3. Disabled facilities

Cancún Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets.

There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's in Terminals 2 and 3. There's also a beauty and massage parlor. The First Aid station can be found in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 2.
