Hotels
There are no hotels at the airport. The nearest hotels are: Hotel Meliá Barajas (tel: +34(0)917 477 700), Tryp Alameda (tel: +34(0)917 474 800) and Tryp Diana (tel: +34(0)917 471 355). Shops and restaurants
Madrid Airport has an enormous range of stores in all terminals. The showpiece is the new shopping district in the new terminal T4. There is also no shortage of bars, cafes, and restaurants, there are over 30 of them.
Baggage
In T1, T2 and T4 are baggage safes, the first day costs €2.65 and €3.30 per day after that for small safes and €4.65 per day for large safes. For lost and found items (tel: +34(0)913 932 400) or Iberia baggage handling (tel: +34(0)902 341 342).
Information
There are more than 20 general information counters present throughout the airport. The workers can be recognized by their green jackets.
Business
There are three business centers, on the ground floor of Terminal 2 and on the first and second floors of Terminal 4. There are also meeting rooms in Terminal 1. There are various possibilities for renting rooms for conferences, press conferences, or assemblies.
Next to the VIP lounges of Iberia, in all terminals, there are four which have been developed by Aena: Amnios in T4S, La Revoltosa in T4, Tauromaquia in T2 and Cibeles in T1.

Disabled facilities
All terminals have excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators, toilets and telephones. The airport has a new service for the visually impaired, which is spoken flight information given through a mobile telephone.
Other services
In all terminals there are ATM's. American Express has money exchange offices in T1, T2, and T4. There are two banks: BBVA and Caja Madrid. There are two First Help stations, one is in the Arrivals Hall of T4 and one is in the corridor of the older terminals T1 and T2. Wireless internet is available in various places. Furthermore, there are two religious chapels: Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe and Nuestra Senora de Loreto.
