Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport

The countries in East Europe are more and more popular as destinations for short vacations, Poland and the capital Warsaw are no exception. The airport was not designed for a strong growth in the number of travelers. Therefore, a second terminal was built. At the beginning of 2007 only the Arrivals Hall was ready, at the end of 2007 the whole of Terminal 2 was ready for use.

Next to these two terminals there is a separate terminal for budget airlines, ‘Etiuda’, these flights will probably have started using another airport from 2008, a military airport north of Warsaw is renovated for that.
