There are no trains on Lesbos.

Car and bus

The airport is situated eight kilometers southeast of Mytilene, Lesbos' capital. The airport is easily accessible by rental car via the Eleftheriou Venizelou, a road running directly along the coast.

There's a bus connection with Mytilene's center. From the capital there are busses to other destinations on Lesbos.

Taxi

Taxis can be found outside the Arrivals Hall. A ride to Kalloni should cost about € 50.00; to Petra or Anaxos € 75.00.
