Hotels

There are no hotels at the airport, but the city of Corfu is close and there are countless hotels and vacation resorts throughout the whole island, mostly on the northeast coast. Younger people, especially go to Kavos in the southwest.

A business hotel in the city of Corfu is the Corfu Palace Hotel (tel: +30(0)2661 031749). For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

Corfu Airport is a small airport with limited facilities, there are a few snack bars and cafes and also a few shops, but the prices are expensive.

Baggage

Definitely on busy days (Mondays and Fridays) in the high season (July and August) you must wait a long time for your baggage, without exception you must wait an hour or longer until your baggage is on the baggage belt. There are no facilities to store your baggage. For lost and found items you must go to the information counter.

Information

There is an information counter in the Arrivals Hall. The counters for the airline companies are only open just before and after a flight.

Business

There are no facilities for business travelers, facilities for meetings, conferences and other business services can be found in the Corfu Palace Hotel (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

There are a few facilities for the disabled, such as an adapted restroom and reserved parking places.

Other services

There are ATM's, a money exchange office and a bank, there is also a small post office.
