Cologne Bonn Airport

Cologne Bonn Airport's official name is flughafen Konrad Adenauer, named after West Germany's first chancellor. The former government airport is located near the cities of Cologne and Bonn. After the arrival of several price fighters, the airport has grown rapidly. Yearly, the airport handles approximately 10 million passengers and this makes it Germany's 6th airport. Besides passengers, the airport also handles more or less 600,000 tons of cargo and this makes it Germany's second airport after Frankfurt. The airport has two terminals. Terminals 1 and 2 are connected by the airport's underground station.
