Hotels

There are no hotels at the airport, but Pau is nearby and the city has a large range of hotels in all categories. For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

There is one restaurant, ‘Restaurant de l’Aéroport’ (tel: +33(0)5 5933 3323) that consists of a bar section which also sells snacks, a brasserie (inexpensive fixed menus) and an á la carte section.

Next to the restaurant you can find a kiosk with newspapers, books and cigarettes. The Airport Shop (tel: +33(0)5 5933 2445) is specialized in local products like wines, foie gras, Armagnac and sweets.

Baggage

The general information counter also serves as the counter for lost and found items.

Information

The general information counter, CCI Information Desk (tel: +33(0)5 5933 3300) can be found on the ground level of the terminal between the Arrivals Hall and the Departures Hall. There is a separate tourist kiosk with brochures about activities and places of interest in Pau and the Béarn region, you can also book accommodation there.

Business

The airport has a few meeting rooms to rent but only for small groups, catering is available. For reservations you can contact the Management Personal Assistant (tel: +33(0)5 5933 3359).

The VIP lounge “Jacqueline Auriol” can be reserved through the Airport Station Manager (tel: +33(0)6 5933 3354).

Disabled facilities

The airport is accessible for wheelchair users and there are a few parking places reserved for the disabled. For assistance you can go to the general information counter or call (tel: +33(0)5 5933 3300). If you need a wheelchair at the airport you can contact your airline.

Other services

Pau Pyrénées Airport offers a few wireless internet access points, there are AGM's from Crédit Agricole.
