Hotels

The Ramada Airport Hotel Prague (tel: +420(0)2 2011 1250) and the Hotel Tranzit (tel: +420(0)236 161 111) are both by the South Terminals. The Comfort Hotel Prague Airport (tel: +420(0)2 3532 5007) is approximately five kilometers from the airport. For more hotels and to reserve online you can go to Booking.com, they have a large range of hotels with great internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

There is a reasonable range of shops, snack bars and restaurants, fast-food, self service and full service restaurants. The number of shops and restaurants have increased considerably with the opening of the new Central Hall in 2008.

Baggage

In the Arrivals Hall, before Customs, there is a counter for lost and found items. In Terminal North 1 you can store baggage, at the same counter there is also a service available for packing large baggage.

Information

There are general information counters in both the Arrivals Hall as well as the Departures Hall (tel: +420(0)2 2011 3314). You can get a free map of Prague at the tourist counter.

Business

In Terminal North there is a small meeting room for a maximum of 12 people and a room for press conferences for a maximum of 35 people. Terminal South has two larger meeting rooms for a maximum of 14-25 people, information is available through the VIP Service (tel: +420(0)2 2056 2525). The Representative Lounge has facilities for faxing, copying and internet. By Pier B in Terminal North you can find the Bohemia Lounge that offers the same services.

Disabled facilities

The airport is accessible for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators, restrooms and telephones. There are reserved parking places that are free for the disabled in the parking garage. For assistance and information (tel: +420(0)2 2011 6076).

Other services

There are banks, money exchange offices and ATM's, but be advised, the banks and money exchange offices at the airport charge a high commission! Post 68 is the post office. The First Aid post is available by telephone at (tel: +420(0)2 2011 3301 - Ambulance Meditran). You can find a pharmacy on the ground level of the Airport Business Center. Wireless internet is present in the terminal.
