In the terminals there are many shops, restaurants and (snack) bars.

Baggage

Several lounges offer luggage storage services.

Information

Information desks are located throughout the airport. T1 has a DTCM Tourist Kiosk for tourist information.

Business

The Connect Business Center is located at Dubai International Hotel at the airport. There are several meeting rooms and a conference room with all imaginable facilities available. In addition to Connect, the airport also has the Global Link Business Center near gate 16 at the departure lounge. The Global link Business Center has work stations with internet access, amongst others.

A special VIP service (Al Majlis) can accompany travelers in luxury at the airport. There are many lounges with internet access located at the terminals.

Access for disabled people

Dubai International Airport has wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets. At the departure hall (in between rows A and B) there are desks for disabled travelers (tel. +971(0)2 162 016).

Other services

All terminals have banks, exchange offices and ATMs. A doctor service is available on terminal 1's ground floor, next to gate 13. In addition to this, the airport has a children's play room, a relaxation room for women, 4 prayer rooms (separate rooms for men and women). There is a health club with a pool and fitness and massage facilities. There are special organized tours for students.
