Shops and restaurants

There's a large range of eating and drinking facilities at Izmir Airport, including a coffee shop with no less than 90 different types of coffee. There are also a large number of shops, including the usual duty-free shops but also shops offering typical Turkish products and souvenirs.

Baggage

There's a lost-and-found desk (Tel. +90(0)232 455 4690) in the central hall of the international terminal. You can also deposit your baggage here. In addition you can have your baggage wrapped in plastic.

Information

In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls there's an information desk for inquiries about Izmir Airport, flight schedules and airport services. There's also a Tourist Office counter in the Arrivals Hall.

Business

The Millennium Lounge offers basic facilities such as faxing, copying and internet access. The Orty Airport Hotel has a few (small) meeting rooms. For extensive business facilities you need to turn to the business hotels in Izmir (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Izmir Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones.

Other services

There are banks, exchange offices and ATM's. In addition, there are several prayer rooms for Muslims, a pharmacy, a First Aid station and baby rooms. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available. You need to buy a prepaid card for access.
