Hotels

There's one hotel at the airport, the Esenboğa Airport Hotel‎ (Tel. +90(0)312 399 4700). The Büyük Anadolu Hotel (Tel. +90(0)312 841 6464) lies nearby the airport. In Ankara's center there are business hotels, including the Sheraton Hotel (Tel. +90(0)312 457 6000), Dedeman Ankara (Tel. +90(0)312 416 8800) and Ramada Ankara (Tel. +90(0)312 428 8000). Shops and restaurants

There's a good range of eating and drinking facilities at Ankara Esenboğa Airport, including restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and ice-cream parlors. The range of shops is also extensive, with duty free shops, souvenir and gift shops.

Baggage

There's a lost and found desk in the Arrivals Hall (Tel. +90 312 590 4388). Right next to it you can deposit your baggage. In addition there are machines to have your baggage wrapped in plastic.

Information

Both in the Arrivals and Departures Hall of the domestic terminal, and in the Departure Hall of the international terminal there are information desks for inquiries about Ankara Esenboğa Airport, flight schedules and airport services. There's also a kiosk of the Turkish Tourist Office in the Arrivals Hall of the international terminal.

Business

The airport has three VIP lounges: the Millennium Lounge, the CIP Lounge (Turkish Airways) and the Wings Prime-Class Lounge. Apart from refreshments and snacks these lounges offer facilities such as faxing, copying and internet access. There are also two meeting spaces and a conference room available (Tel. +90(0)312 590 4056).

Disabled services

Ankara Esenboğa Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones.

Other services

Scattered around the terminals there are banks, exchange offices and ATM's. The First Aid station (PortClinic) is located in the central hall. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available at a cost. Spread out over the terminal there are prayer rooms for Muslims, 12 in total.
