Hotels

There are no hotels at Phuket Airport, but you can find accommodation nearby. At the airport's entrance road you can find the Phuket Airport Hotel‎ (Tel. +66(0)76 328 451). Other hotels nearby the airport include Dewa Phuket Hotel‎ (Tel. +66(0)76 372 300), Nai Yang Beach Resort (Tel. +66(0)‎76 328 300) and the simple Tanamas House‎ (Tel. +66(0)76 205 218). For more hotels and to book online, you can go to Booking.com. They offer a large range of hotels, at competitive internet rates.

Shops and restaurants

Phuket Airport offers a reasonable number of restaurants, cafés and (snack) bars. There are also about ten shops, including four duty-free shops. Nice to look around, but definitely not worth spending hours.

Baggage

You can store your baggage in lockers in the central hall. There's also a lost-and-found desk.

Information

In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls (Tel. +66(0)76 327 1100) you can find information desks for inquiries about Phuket Airport, flight schedules and airport services. The Tourist Office (Tel. +66(0)76 327 110) also has a kiosk.

Business

Apart from the Thai Airways VIP lounge there are no business facilities at Phuket Airport. For meeting space and conference rooms you need to turn to the larger resorts on the island, such as the Dewa Hotel (see Hotels). Hotels on Phuket are more aimed at tourists than business travelers.

Disabled facilities

Phuket Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. In addition parking places have been reserved for disabled travelers near the terminal entrance.

Other services

You can find four exchange offices in the Arrivals Hall; there's only one in the Departure Hall. There are also several ATM's and a post office. The First Aid station (Tel. +66(0)76 327 1133) is located in the Departure Hall.
