Hotels

There are two hotels at Taipei Taoyuan Airport: the Evergreen Transit Hotel (Tel. +886(0)3 383 4510), mainly aimed at travelers waiting for connecting flights, and the Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. Other hotels nearby the airport include the Cks Airport Hotel (Tel. +886(0)3 383 3666) and City Suites Gateway Hotel Taoyuan (Tel. +886(0)3 385 3017). Shops and restaurants

There's a good range of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and shops at Taipei Airport: Western and Chinese restaurants, fast-food chains, coffee shops and a large number of duty-free shops.

Baggage

You can find baggage lockers in the Departure Halls of both terminals. In Terminal 2 there's a lost-and-found counter (Tel. +886(0)3 398 2538).

Information

In both terminals there are several information desks, accessible by telephone via +886(0)3 398 2143 (Terminal 1) and +886(0)3 398 3274 (Terminal 2), for inquiries about Taipei Taoyuan Airport, flight schedules and airport services. There are also counters of the Taiwanese Tourist Office.

Business

On the top floor of both terminals you'll find business centers with lounges. You can rent meeting space. More information via More Business Centre, Tel. +886(0)3 393 1111 (Terminal 1) or +886(0)3 398 3333 (Terminal 2).

Several airlines (Cathay Pacific, Thai Airways, China Airlines, EVA Air, Japan Airlines and Singapore Airlines) have VIP lounges in the terminal.

Disabled facilities

Taipei Taoyuan Airport has excellent accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps, adapted elevators and toilets, and also low-hanging telephones. Disabled travelers can also park one day for free.

Other services

You'll find branches of two banks (Bank of Taiwan and ICBC Bank) scattered around the terminals where you can change money. There are three First Aid stations, two in Terminal 2 and one in Terminal 1, which can be reached via +886(0)3 398 3486. In both terminals there are two smoking rooms. In addition there are a hairdresser, a massage parlor, children's playgrounds, and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The aviation museum (open from 09.00 until 17.00, closed on Mondays) can be reached with the free shuttle bus.
