Hotels
There's no hotel at Tehran Airport. Hotels in the Iranian capital that have a good connection (by road or by shuttle bus) with the airport are Hotel Laleh International (Tel. +98(0)21 8896 5021), Esteghlal Grand Hotel (Tel. +98(0)21 2266 0011), Azadi Grand Hotel (Tel. +98(0)21 207 3021) and Homa Hotel (Tel. +98(0)21 8877 3021).
Shops and restaurants
There are a limited number of restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars and shops at Tehran Airport. There are two coffee shops (Segafredo and Deli) and the Iranian café-restaurant Honey. The number of shops is also quite small, but you can buy unusual things such as Caspian caviar and pure, natural Iranian saffron.
Baggage
You can contact the airport police (Tel. +98(0)2151007328 ) to inquire about lost objects.
Information
Centrally situated in the terminal you can find an information desk for inquiries about Tehran Airport, flight schedules and airport services.
Business
The VIP Lounge at Tehran Airport is called CIP (Commercial Important Person) Lounge. Here you can relax, read international newspapers or use Wi-Fi, while the CIP staff conclude the customs formalities for you. Extensive business facilities are offered by the Homa Hotel (see Hotels).
Disabled facilities
Tehran International Airport has good accessibility for the disabled. There are wheelchair ramps and adapted elevators and toilets.
Other services
There are three banks (Saman Bank, Sepah Bank and Meli Bank) and an exchange office, but no ATM's. There's also a post office and wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available for free in the entire terminal.
