Shops and restaurants

There are plenty of shopping facilities at Guangzhou Airport. Apart from the duty-free shops, you'll find a large range of electronic products, jewelry, cosmetics, leather products and local trade products. There's also a mini supermarket. In addition there are several restaurants, cafés, (snack) bars, as well as snack and beverage dispensers.

Baggage

There are plenty of possibilities to store your baggage in lockers. You can also deposit your baggage at a counter (more information, Tel. +86(0)20 3606 6854). For lost-and-found objects you need to turn to a special information desk in the Departure Hall (Tel. +86(0)20 3606 6946).

In both the Arrivals and Departure Halls (Tel. +86(0)20 8613 7273) there are several information desks to inquire about Guangzhou Airport, flight schedules and airport services.

Business

There are small Business Centers with faxes, printers, computers and copy machines in the Arrivals and Departure Halls. More extensive business facilities are offered by the Pullman hotel at the airport (see Hotels).

Disabled facilities

Guangzhou Airport has reasonable accessibility for the disabled. There are adapted elevators and toilets and wheelchair ramps. The new part of the airport has better accessibility than the old part, but you can always ask for assistance at one of the information desks.

Other services

You'll find ATM's, banks and exchange offices scattered around the terminals. There's also a post office. The First Aid station (Tel. +86(0)20 3606 2664 or +86(0)20 8612 2926) is located in the Arrivals Hall. There are also baby rooms and children's playgrounds.
